Certification of Qualification of Employment

While some people think that the only way to get a job after receiving a felony is to settle for a job they don’t want, or to expunge their records, CQEs offer a different route. CQEs do not expunge any record, what they do is create relief from mandatory restrictions that stem from laws that prevent people with specific criminal records from working or being licensed in certain fields. Federal Bonding

The Federal Bonding Program (FBP) provides fidelity bonds to employers, giving them access to job seekers and opening doors of opportunity where none existed. The bonds issued by the FBP guarantee the job honesty of job seekers to employers who want to hire them. Employers receive the bonds – starting at $5,000 value – free-of-charge as an incentive to hire these applicants and is designed to reimburse the employer for any loss due to employee theft of money or property. Expungement

Expungement is the same as sealing a record. It is a court process that allows you to have any and all reference to a prior criminal conviction cleared and your court file sealed. It is just as if you were never convicted of the crime. For more information, visit www.reentrycoalition.ohio.gov.
